Bay Area Heating and Cooling specializes in residential and commercial air conditioning and heating installation, repair and maintenance. We have been serving the Tampa Bay area, including Pinellas, southern Pasco and western Hillsborough counties, since 2000.

Certified in air balancing, Bay Area Heating & Cooling can design and install complex multi zoned duct systems and outfit homes to a central air conditioning system to replace energy consuming window units.
Bay Area is an authorized Trane retail dealer and has been dignified with the “Comfort Specialist” rating. This designation is awarded to companies that show a commitment to customer service and a history of ethical business practices. Our air conditioner repair technicians routinely attend training classes to keep them up to date on the advances of new technologies and products. Many of these training classes are within our on-site training facility and others are provided by various manufactures.
Bay Area Heating & Cooling has been accepted and listed on www.energystar.org as an Energy Star Partner, a provider of ultra efficient Energy Star products, and certified by the Environmental Protection Agency for environmentally responsible refrigerant handling storage and disposal. Bay Area also participates in Progress Energy’s Save the Watts program and TECO’s energy conservation efforts.
All air conditioner repair service and installation technicians are employees of Bay Area Heating & Cooling, fully covered by worker’s compensation, and all work is protected by a three million dollar liability insurance policy. Bay Area does not use subcontractors. Employees undergo a thorough background checks and drug screening. Employees are uniformed and arrive in lettered trucks. They will provide identification so you can feel comfortable about the people who enter your home.
It is the policy of Bay Area Heating & Cooling to treat your home with respect by using drop cloths, and shoe covers and will clean and vacuum the work area both indoors and out.
