Prior to an installation or change out, Bay Area can properly size air conditioning systems based upon the number of occupants and calculating the heat load in a building in order to provide your establishment with uniform indoor comfort. We routinely convert systems to the eco friendly R-410a Puron refrigerant as well.
Subjected to extreme wear and tear, often operating during peak cooling times and for periods up to 24 hours a day it important to conduct regular maintenance on commercial heating and cooling systems. Not doing so can lead to system failure, a detriment to business operations.
A cornerstone of Bay Area’s preventative maintenance program is our two and three times a year cleanings. During these cleanings we check refrigerant levels and pressures, clean evaporator and condensing coils, lubricate moving parts, check all electrical connections, monitor amperage and voltage draws, and change filters.
